چکیده

Recent clinical developments in tissue bioengineering have applications acute cardiac ischemia and infarction include the use of stem cells that combine injectable scaffold material. This study aimed to evaluate effects adipose-derived (ADSCs) Matrigel on morphology/functions. The autologous ADSCs myocardial (MI) model was induced by permanent ligation method left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD). MI-operated rats were randomly divided into PBS group, plus group (PBS+ADSCs), (Matrigel+ADSCs). used as an scaffold. Rats with a 1-week-old injected 2 × 106 labeled border area ischemic heart. Heart function determined echocardiography. hemodynamics, structure, graft characteristics evaluated. successfully isolated identified, demonstrating good proliferative status cell retention Matrigel. ADSCs+Matrigel exhibited most improved heart functions (LVESD, LVEDD, LVFS, LVEF) compared those other groups (p < 0.05). significantly reduced infarct size Cotransplantation showed best effect maintaining thickness ventricular wall Engrafted played role formation neovasculature infarction. triggered greatest enhancement arteriole density than Cotransplanting higher levels troponin T (cTnT), NK2-transcription factor related locus-5 (Nkx2.5), von Willebrand (vWF) In conclusion, this demonstrated cotransplanting resulted morphology rat

Reprogramming by cytosolic extract of human embryonic stem cells improves dopaminergic differentiation potential of human adipose tissue-derived stem cells

The extract of pluripotent stem cells induces dedifferentiation of somatic cells with restricted plasticity. In this study, we used the extract of human embryonic stem cells (hESC) to dedifferentiate adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ADSCs) and examined the impact of this reprogramming event on dopaminergic differentiation of the cells. For this purpose, cytoplasmic extract of ESCs was prepare...

Differential gene expression by lithium chloride induction of adipose-derived stem cells into neural phenotype cells

Objective(s): Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), with suitable and easy access, are multipotential cells that have the ability for differentiation into other mesodermal and transdifferentiate into neural phenotype cells. In this study, Lithium chloride (LiCl) was used for in vitro transdifferentiation of rat ADSCs into neuron-like cells (NLCs).<stro...

The effect of high frequency electric field on enhancement of chondrogenesis in human adipose-derived stem cells

Objective(s):Osteoarthritis (OA) is globally one of the most common diseases from the middle age onwards. Cartilage is an avascular tissue therefore it cannot be repaired in the body. Conservative treatments have failed as a good remedy and cell therapy as a decisive cure is needed. One of the best and easily accessible cell sources for this purpose is adipose-derived stem cells which can be di...

Designing of Human Cartilage Tissue, by Differentiation of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells With BMP-6 in Alginate Scaffold

Purpose: In the present study the effect of BMP-6 was investigated on chondrogenesis of adiposederived stem cells. Materials and Methods: Mesenchymal stem cells derived from subcutaneous adipose tissue were cultured on alginate scaffold to induce chondrogenesis in experimental group, with chondrogenic medium having BMP-6 growth factor for 3 weeks. In control group medium without BMP-6 was appli...
